It’s about being our own best friend rather than our harshest critic.

It's about acknowledging our struggles with empathy and recognizing that suffering is an inherent part of the human experience.

Cultivating the capacity to hold ourselves with gentleness and grace, especially in moments of pain or difficulty, is a cornerstone of true healing.
